New company, practiced delivery
The firm is newly formed, but the work is not theoretical. The principal spent roughly five years at WatchSystems contributing to criminal justice information systems—including software used in state contexts for registry-related workflows, data stewardship, and alignment with national criminal justice information standards (such as NCIC-oriented requirements in scope for those programs).
For one of those years, they served as a software team lead—balancing delivery commitments, technical direction, and collaboration across stakeholders. CJIS certification was obtained through that professional employment; any public statement uses the same care as your solicitation documents: the people doing the work understand CJIS expectations, even as the LLC builds its own compliance posture for new engagements.
